Tea Poem: Untitled
I drink a Ceylon rose tea when I hunch
over my computer, wishing I could cry over a failed marriage five children I
have to google to keep up with my old garden.
I drink mao feng tea when I sit, bitter
over a school I don't want to teach at,
and I drink jasmine tea when I read poetry.
I drink lapsang souchong when I perch
by a fire in my fireplace, gloating over a house a new, loving wife two
children.
